1. Data Processing Architecture

The Workflow Atelier distributes downloadable software blueprints (`.json` format). We do not host, execute, or process your workflow data. Once downloaded, all data processed by the blueprints remains entirely on your local machines or self-hosted environments. We have zero visibility into your data.

2. Merchant of Record

All transactions, billing details, and credit card processing are securely handled by our authorized Merchant of Record. We do not store or process payment information directly.

3. Website Analytics

We utilize privacy-first, cookieless analytics to monitor website traffic. This system does not track individual user behavior or collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

4. Contact Information

If you have submitted your email for our newsletter, it is used solely for that purpose. We do not sell or share email lists. You may contact us regarding privacy concerns at ops@theworkflowatelier.com.
