1. License & Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy the provided digital assets (`.json` blueprints) within your own organizational infrastructure. You may modify the blueprints for internal use. Resale, redistribution, or white-labeling of the source files is strictly prohibited.

2. Digital Goods & Refund Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of raw source code and downloadable configuration files, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the digital asset has been downloaded. We strongly encourage reviewing the architectural documentation and YouTube implementation videos prior to purchase.

3. Liability limitation

The blueprints are provided "as is". The Workflow Atelier is not liable for data loss, API rate limits, or compliance violations resulting from the user's execution of the automated workflows. It is the user's responsibility to verify local execution complies with their specific industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2).

4. Support

Purchases include basic email support for installation issues. Advanced troubleshooting of third-party API changes is not guaranteed.
